The council has just sent us new info on Additional orders along with reminders of important dates.

<strong>Be Aware:</strong>

All additional cookie orders will be placed through eBudde and picked-up at the location you specify in the "#" field.  This year, all locations have a <strong>minimum 24 hr. lead time</strong> between when orders are placed and picked-up.  Tip: Place orders early Monday for the current week.  Warehouse/Pickup locations are closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. You cannot just call a location to arrange an order.

<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Beginning this Wednesday</span>, adults picking up additional cookies for their troop will have to provide <strong>valid Photo I.D./Driver’s License</strong>. License/I.D. numbers will be written on each QB ticket to validate the order was received and identify who picked it up.

<li>A new updated version of the 2012 Additional Pick-up Locations is in circulation.  It’s noted with the date February 17, 2012 and time stamped 5:00 p.m. at the top right-hand corner. It was linked in our most recent SU cookie news. Let Lee know if you need a copy via email.</li>
<li>When troops place transactions to order additional cookies, they should be sure to enter their phone number in the RECEIPT # field. This allows the pick-up location to have a means of contacting the troop in the event the troop needs to be contacted about their order.</li>

March 2 – Closing of specified cookie pick-up locations. All others will remain open.

March 10 – All remaining cookie pick-up locations will close

March 14 – Last day for additional cookie orders, recognition selections and deposits to be logged in eBudde by the troop. All adjustments/edits have to be made by 11:59 p.m.
