Camp Pine Acres, Acworth
Theme: Juliette’s Jubilee – 100 Fun Things to do at Camp

Canoeing, archery, crafts, cooking, tie-dye, painting, boating, swimming! Just some of the 100 ways to have fun at Dreamcatcher Day Camp. Experience traditional Girl Scout activities and learn new skills while having fun in the outdoors, just as Juliette Gordon Low did when she began the Girl Scouts 100 years ago. This summer you will find 100 ways to have fun at camp in celebration of 100 years of Girl Scouting! From singing songs to hiking through the woods at Camp Pine Acres, Dreamcatcher Day Camp is the perfect place to make new friends while connecting with the Girl Scouts traditions of the past.

Campers are grouped by age into units of 12 girls, led by two adults and one or two teenage helpers. Activities are tailored to age.</div>
<strong>Special Programs </strong>
Rising 4th grade and up: Canoeing and archery, plus an overnight
Rising 6th and 7th: Field trip. Campers meet in May to decide where to go. Past trips have included tubing in Helen, a wildlife rehab sanctuary in Ellijay, tree-climbing and swimming in Dawsonville, and tree-climbing south of Atlanta.
